A fully computerised paint mixing system and highly trained staff ensures Hadwen’s can replicate any vehicles’ paint finish. A fully down-draft baking oven and environmentally friendly water-based PPG paints ensure the vehicles are painted to factory-finish standards in the most environmentally safe way.

Computers

We have two computers with the latest formulas and paint information regularly updated by our paint supplier, PPG, to aid in colour matching of the latest and greatest colours.

Pits

The use of Down Draft pits in the paint preparation area aids in the reduction of dust and fumes around your vehicle, keeping your paint finish dust free.

Dustless

Overhead and mobile dust vacuum systems connected to sanding tools limit dust around your vehicle, keeping it (and our workshop) cleaner.

Wet Rubbing

At Hadwen's, we have a wet rubbing area where heavy metal wastes are put through a separator to keep the environment as clean as possible, as per our Environmental Commitment.
